New in 2008!

We are pleased to take advantage of new SEC rules that allow us to furnish proxy materials to stockholders on the Internet. As a result, we are mailing to most of our stockholders a Notice Regarding the Availability of Proxy Materials instead of a paper copy of our 2008 proxy statement and our 2007 Annual Report on Form 10-K. The Notice contains instructions on how to access our proxy materials and vote online. We believe that this new process will expedite stockholders’ receipt of proxy materials, lower the costs and reduce the environmental impact of our 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
